CalcMyHealth is built around a simple idea: what you type into a calculator is yours. This page explains what happens to it.
What we don't collect
Every calculator on this site — BMI, calories, TDEE, body fat, due date, ovulation, blood pressure, and sleep — runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter (your weight, height, cycle length, blood pressure reading, and so on) are processed on your device and are never sent to our servers, stored in a database, or shared with anyone. We don't require an account, and we don't ask for your name, email, or any other personal identifier to use a calculator.
What we do collect
Like most websites, we use a small amount of standard analytics to understand which calculators are useful and to catch bugs. This may include:
- Aggregated, anonymized traffic data (pages visited, general location by country/region, device type)
- Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp) kept briefly for security and performance monitoring
This data is not tied to the health information you enter into any calculator.
Cookies and advertising
This site may display advertising through third-party ad networks. Those networks may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your visit here and other sites you've visited. We don't control how third-party ad networks use that data — you can review their own privacy policies, and most offer opt-out tools through the Digital Advertising Alliance or your browser's cookie settings.

Where we link out to other sites — for example, a source for a formula or a professional resource — we're not responsible for their privacy practices. We'd encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you visit from here.
Children's privacy
CalcMyHealth is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
