About

Numbers you can actually use

The idea behind CalcMyHealth

Most health calculators online do one thing: they take your inputs and hand back a number. What they usually skip is the part that actually matters — what that number means, whether it's good or bad, and what a reasonable next step looks like. CalcMyHealth was built to close that gap.

What's here

Eight calculators cover the questions people search for most: BMI, daily calorie needs, TDEE and macros, body fat percentage, pregnancy due date, ovulation, blood pressure category, and sleep cycle timing. Every result comes with a plain-language readout and, where it helps, a visual gauge showing where you land in the range.

The formulas we use

What this site isn't

CalcMyHealth doesn't replace a doctor, dietitian, or other qualified professional. Every calculator here works from population-level formulas and averages — useful for context and for tracking your own trends over time, but not a substitute for a real diagnosis or personalized care. We say this clearly on every calculator, not just buried in the fine print.

No accounts, no data stored

Every calculation runs in your browser. We don't ask you to sign up, and we don't store the numbers you enter. See our privacy policy for the full details.
